My blog is dedicated to talking about my own experiences and helping others to develop a healthier lifestyle. I believe that each of us has steps we can take to be healthier and am looking forward to talking about that transition with each of you.

Here I will be posting advice that has helped me, recipes I recommend, and additional resources for you to check out. The primary focus will be on the most convenient, affordable ways to have a whole foods plant based diet.

I believe it is important to focus on taking small steps and feeling good about our improvements rather than immediately striving for perfection.
